2. Products & Pricing

• T-Shirts start at $24.99 and Sweatshirts start at $39.99.
• All prices are in USD and include the cost of the garment, printing, and AI design generation.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Active cart items are honored at their listed price.

3. Custom Designs

• Each design is generated uniquely using AI based on the information you provide.
• Designs may vary from previews due to the nature of AI generation, printing processes, and screen-to-fabric color differences.
• You retain personal use rights to your custom designs. We may use anonymized design examples for marketing purposes.
• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, using Monster Digital as the print provider.
• Expected delivery is 5-10 business days from order placement.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in original condition.
• If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
• Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons of design preference. However, if you are unhappy with your design, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Stitch Code name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our property. AI-generated designs are created for your personal use. You may not resell designs or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stitch Code is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
